Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 23rd Sep'24 and 28th Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Technical skills: Proficient in English and computer usage. Must have access to a personal laptop.
2. Software knowledge: Familiarity with ZOHO HR software or similar HR tools is a plus but not required.
3. Personal traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
4. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in management or a related field.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per performance based).
1. Evaluation Period: A 15-day evaluation period will be conducted to assess performance.
2. Upon successful completion of the internship, a certificate will be provided.
3. Compensation includes a stipend of ₹5,000 plus an additional bonus of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 based on the quality of work.
