About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the end-to-end recruitment process of our company
2. Coordinating with our clients, analyzing, and understanding the requirements shared by them
3. Sourcing profiles of potential candidates
4. Advertising job openings on various platforms
5. Screening and scheduling interviews
6. Following up with all the scheduled candidates and coordinating with the clients regarding updates
7. Following up with the candidates till onboarding
8. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
