About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring high-quality standards of interviews and feedback review.
2. Releasing the interview feedback on time (TAT) as SLAs and SOPs post to review.
3. Reviewing and analyzing interview videos (quality of the video, technical questions asked, relevancy to job description).
4. Reviewing and analyzing feedback (comparing the video and feedback to check whether both are in sync).
5. Following panels for pending feedback and feedback editing.
6. Convincing the panels politely to complete the task assigned to them.
7. Revalidating the feedback in case of any customer feedback on approved feedback and preparing a detailed report.
8. Reporting the technical glitches in the feedback review and editing to the technical team.
9. Maintaining good relationships with panels, customers, and internal teams.

Note: Based on your internship performance you will be converted as a full-time employee with us after 3 months.

Who can apply

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

Other requirements

1. Should be good in documentation. 

2. Basic understanding of IT skills (Java, .Net, Testing, Cloud, etc.). 

3. Must possess a BTech/BE or an MBA degree from a reputable college. 

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Meticulous attention to detail.

8. Quick learner and eagerness to learn new skills.
