Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post and update job ads from job boards and social networks
2. Screen resumes and application forms
3. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
4. Prepare recruitment database
5. Visit campus and conduct a recruitment drive
6. Prepare & share joined documents for employee code creation, offer letter, FNF, and any queries received from employees
7. Onboard the new joiners
8. Update employee master/internal databases with new employee information, and payroll data like leaves, Form 1 & 11
9. Collate monthly attendance from all cluster managers for monthly payroll processing
10. Handle staff requests & queries through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation
11. Handle the payroll system (once in place) queries, and issues and provide a resolution within 48 hours
12. Process the full and final of the exited staff - and issue experience letters
13. Prepare statutory compliance data
14. Work on kitchen visits
15. Work on monthly visits to the cloud kitchen for staff feedback and well-being checks
16. Plan engagement programs for kitchen staff
