Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other company perks.
Support performance management processes, including setting up performance reviews and assisting managers with employee evaluations.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and policy updates.
