Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Employee engagement: Designing and leading exciting employee engagement programs that resonate with everyone
2. Gathering and acting on employee feedback to foster an inclusive and positive culture
3. Organizing recognition events and activities that celebrate achievements and inspire connection
4. Being the go-to person for employees, addressing concerns with empathy and care
5. Onboarding: Owning the onboarding journey, making every new hire feel valued and equipped to succeed
6. Creating engaging materials and delivering impactful orientation sessions
7. Partnering with managers to provide tailored training and resources for new team members
8. Ensuring every hire's first weeks are smooth, supportive, and memorable
9. HR operations: Supporting the implementation of innovative HR policies that empower teams
10. Keeping employee records accurate and confidential
11. Staying ahead of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance
