Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform all data entry related tasks including updating of HR data, verification of the same, and storing the data in the HR system
2. Maintain data files accurately
3. Compile, sort, verify, and correct data to be entered
4. Review data for completeness and accuracy
5. Contact the authors of documents to address data inconsistencies and to gather missing data
6. Manage filing and routing of source documents after entry
7. Maintain records of work completed
8. Update data in appropriate databases in an accurate and timely manner so as to avoid backlogging
9. Establish data naming standards and consistent data definitions to improve overall data quality
10. Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing the databases
11. Enter and update files into the HR system
12. Work on the preparation and generation of offer letters and initiating onboarding through the HRMS tool
13. Manage employee referral - reward policy and referral bonus payment
