Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by identifying, interviewing, and onboarding field sales executives
2. Place field sales executives strategically at various metro stations in Bangalore to maximize reach and sales potential
3. Training Field Sales Executives: Develop and implement training programs to equip field sales executives with the necessary skills and knowledge
4. Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure high performance and adherence to sales protocols
5. Experimentation and Optimization: Design and execute experiments to identify the most effective sales strategies and techniques
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 5th Jun'24 and 10th Jul'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
5. have relevant skills and interests
