About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure effective recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing process
2. Perform reference and background checks
3. Handle onboarding and training of new employees
4. Take care of employee attendance, payroll, reimbursement of expenses, medical, & accidental insurances, etc.
5. Ensure compliances and labour laws are being followed diligently
6. Draft various HR policies
7. Take care of admin responsibilities
