About the Internship:
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on HR data management for the respective businesses; data update for SIP, data audit, and validation; managing all employee data change request in the HRIS
2. Work on HR analytics for business: new joiner's, exits, quarterly performance review
3. Ensure all mid-year and year-end evaluations and ratings are planned, executed and compiled each year
4. Manage the performance improvement process and related documentation
5. Be a single point of contact for all people matters relating to HR policies, talent engagement, development & retention
6. Take a look at the quarterly performance review and running the data so collected with the leadership team on findings from analysis done out of various processes and initiatives including employee engagement surveys to gauge the pulse of people across functions
7. Design, discuss, implement and monitor the plan of action on the data analysis & initiatives
8. Coordinate with recruitment and HR operations teams to ensure the specific needs of the business units (BU) are addressed
9. Conduct one-on-one meetings, skip level meetings or employee roundtables to gather employee opinions and advising leadership on addressing employees' concerns
10. Provide monthly/quarterly/annual dashboard to BU heads
11. Support the execution of the performance management cycle for respective BUs

  2. can start the internship between 4th Feb'20 and 5th Mar'20
  3. are available for duration of 6 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests
