Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure effective coordination of pre & post-onboarding processes for all the new hires
2. Manage the system onboarding process of all the new hires
3. Handle the background verification process for all the new hires
4. Maintain timely and accurate updates for new joiner data maintenance and employee personal data in the core HCMS system
5. Assist the onboarding team in handling the documentation for the induction and post-joining processes
6. Handle the end-to-end relocation process and manage all process requirements between candidates, stakeholders, and vendors
7. Ensure data maintenance on process SLAs, compliances, and survey feedback
8. Ensure data accuracy, completeness and timelines for the processes managed
