About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the coordination and execution of new hire orientation programs
2. Assist in pre-onboarding activities of new hires (engaging with prospective joiners, sending onboarding mailers, etc.)
3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have necessary equipment, access, and training
4. Assist with the development and improvement of onboarding processes and materials
5. Support new hires during their first weeks, answering questions and providing assistance as needed
6. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
7. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
8. Assist with data entry and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records related to onboarding

1. Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
