About the internship
We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern to join our total rewards and people operation team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in rewards & talent strategies, benefits administration & communication, and people operation processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional employee value propositions.
1. Assist in analyzing attrition and hiring data to understand our talent pool and identify where we are losing talent, in order to refine our talent and rewards strategy.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of various talent sources (e.g., campus recruiting, internships, lateral hires) to optimize our recruitment strategies.
3. Support the execution of our employee recognition programs designed to celebrate and reward outstanding performance.
4. Help plan and execute communication strategies for our employee benefits programs to ensure high levels of awareness and adoption.
5. Create microsites and blogs, and draft newsletters, magazines, and emails for rewards communication.
6. Conduct research on industry best practices and trends related to compensation, benefits, and overall Total Rewards.
7. Assist in generating insights from people analytics to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
8. Contribute to various people operations processes, including onboarding, separation, and restructuring activities.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong Excel skills preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Experience in creating blogs, microsites, communications, and magazines is preferred.
6. Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
8. Previous experience or coursework in HR, data analysis, or people operations is a plus.
