About the internship
As a Human Resources Intern at Rightwaay Talent Consulting, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of HR while contributing to the success of our dynamic team. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential as you work on various projects and communicate with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in MS-Office will also be key in assisting with tasks such as data entry, creating reports, and scheduling interviews.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
3. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
4. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations
5. Providing support with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
6. Assisting with training and development initiatives for staff members
7. Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to support the overall success of the department and company.
8. Willing to travel within Bangalore.
