As a human resources (HR) intern at SAP Fioneer, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the world of recruitment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting employee onboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures
3. Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR systems
4. Participating in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events
5. Assisting with performance management processes and providing feedback to candidates
6. Collaborating with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the department
7. Learning and growing in a fast-paced, innovative environment, gaining valuable skills and knowledge to kickstart your career in HR
