About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on active involvement in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and posting ads
2. Understanding the company's requirements and accordingly preparing job descriptions and posting ads
3. Shortlisting profiles and arranging all rounds of interviews with proper follow-ups
4. Handling document verification and counseling on policies and procedures of candidates
5. Issuing offer letter and experience letter to candidates
6. Managing the entire hiring process
7. Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
8. Maintaining employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Note - Candidates with one year of experience will be preferred
We are also open to convert this internship opportunity into full time job opportunity
