Human Resources (HR) Internship

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Support in preparing job offer letters and onboarding documents.
Assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
