Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in posting job openings and screening resumes
2. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with potential candidates
3. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
4. Helping maintain and update employee records and databases
5. Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events
6. Collaborating with the HR team on various tasks related to performance reviews and feedback
7. Participating in brainstorming sessions to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction
8. Providing administrative support as needed for the HR team
