About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
2. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintaining and updating the candidate database
4. Participating in the onboarding process of new hires
5. Supporting the HR team in various recruitment initiatives and projects

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus
