You're responsible for managing a variety of human resources and administrative functions to support the effective operation of the organisation. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
1. Manage office operations: Responsible for managing office operations, vendors, and procurement duties. This role includes overseeing supplies, maintaining office equipment, maintenance, and supervising cleaning staff and managing catering.
2. Coordinate with staff: Work closely with staff members and cross-functional teams, communicating with them to ensure their needs are met and they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
3. Handle administrative tasks: Handles administrative tasks, such as filing, preparing reports, maintaining records, and staying up-to-date with email, Slack, and other communication channels. Smooth operation of employees' travel itineraries, assist in organizing company events and activities, and ensure compliance is aligned with company policies.
4. Follow guidelines: Follow the right guidelines to maintain company devices when a new employee joins the organization and ensure that the laptop return policy is met at the office location.
Requirements:
1. 06 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize and re-prioritize based on changing business needs.
3. Comfortable with ambiguity and non-stop problem-solving, building, and action.
