1. Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and provide a great candidate experience
2. Communicate professionally and tactfully, treating all candidates with the highest level of confidentiality and customer service
3. Handle complex interview scheduling that will consist of offsite meetings as well as external video conferencing
4. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, peers, and other cross-functional partners to ensure a great candidate experience
5. Provide timely follow-up on talent pipelines by managing our candidate funnel.
6. Participate and execute on recruiting initiatives driven by recruiting, talent operations, people operations, engineering, and other teams (e.g. recruitment fairs, intern program, diversity conferences)
