1. Acting as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and providing a great candidate experience
2. Communicating professionally and tactfully, treating all candidates with the highest level of confidentiality and customer service
3. Handling complex interview scheduling that will consist of offsite meetings as well as external video conferencing
4. Partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, peers, and other cross-functional partners to ensure a great candidate experience
5. Providing timely follow-up on talent pipelines by managing our candidate funnel.
6. Participating and executing recruiting initiatives driven by recruiting, talent operations, people operations, engineering, and other teams (e.g. recruitment fairs, intern programs, diversity conferences)
