The HR intern will get an excellent opportunity within the Volvo Group's HR environment. Candidates will work closely with the recruitment head in HR recruitment and its HR recruiters in executing things as a team member. Interns will also work on related operational HR activities which will supplement the project output.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support recruitment initiatives and also work with the team to measure, analyze, improve and implement processes
2. Support & coordinate the work on recruitment analysis, reporting and presentations
3. Support and contribute to the backend recruitment process
