About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Taking care of recruitment as per requirement
2. Managing complete recruitment cycle creating JD, job posting, sourcing, screening, line ups
3. Sourcing & recruiting candidates by using the database, social media, job portals, headhunting, etc.
4. Creating JDs
5. Being responsible for sourcing resumes from various job portals and screen them as prescribed JD
6. Taking interview of the candidates over the phone & conduct the f2f interview if they are suitable for the position
7. Keeping a regular follow up with candidates.
8. Maintaining the daily report
9. Closing the position within the timeline
10. Maintaining the MIS as per need
