Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Webknot Technologies in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications
Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR policies
Understanding of HR management and personnel management
Familiarity with employee benefits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Experience or coursework in HR-related fields is a plus
