Human Resources (HR) Internship

The sourcing specialist will be responsible for managing our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The responsibilities include sourcing candidates from job portals, social media, referrals, etc. The role demands hands-on experience with various job interview formats, including screenings, and phone interviews to help us recruit faster and more effectively.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on souring profiles from different channels
2. Work on screening resumes
3. Work on shortlisting qualified candidates for the team
4. Conduct phone interviews with the candidates
5. Coordinate interviews with the team
6. Regularly post jobs on social media & job boards
7. Follow-up on the interview process status


What we are looking for:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Should have a laptop and internet connection
3. Should be able to work within the time limit to get quick results
