About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Employee engagement strategy:
i. Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
ii. Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to drive strategic changes and enhancements.
2. Program development:
i. Design and oversee programs that promote employee recognition, wellness, and professional development.
ii. Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and employee appreciation activities.
3. Communication:
i. Serve as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication channels.
ii. Prepare and distribute internal communications related to engagement initiatives and company updates.
iii. Provide support and guidance to managers on best practices for employee engagement.
3. Data analysis and reporting:
i. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement programs and initiatives.
ii. Prepare regular reports for senior management on engagement metrics and trends.
4. Continuous improvement:
i. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement.
ii. Continuously assess and refine engagement strategies to meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 10th Sep'24 and 15th Oct'24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

2. Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related field.

3. Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

5. Experience with engagement tools and technologies is a plus.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per performance).
