Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handing clients, assignments, and delivery of learning and development projects
2. Ability to independently handle clients
3. Working with the consulting head on finalizing critical business strategies for HR consulting
4. Ability to understand the client's needs and conduct diagnostic discussions
5. High Energy and positive attitude
6. Strong communication of written and spoken English
7. Ability to manage multiple assignments
8. Excellent presentation, design, and delivery skills
9. Knowledge of training, and HR Consultant models
