Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Planning expert outreach programs aimed at acquiring subject matter experts
2. Coordinating with the HR team, identifying the staffing needs, drafting the job description and posting it on various portals
3. Sourcing the relevant candidates and generating leads by contacting active and passive candidates through various channels like job portals, e-mails, social media, direct approach, etc.
4. Shortlisting the candidates by studying the resumes thoroughly and assisting in their screenings
5. Providing administrative support as required
6. Assisting in the onboarding process and designing induction plan of the new-joiner
7. Helping the administration in the end-to-end recruitment process
