1. Handling TA operations for the recruitment team which includes maintaining candidate pipeline trackers, coordinating and scheduling interviews, initiating background checks, and creation of offer letters
2. Coordinating with different stakeholders for interview availability, Corp HR, payroll, IT, and the facilities team to ensure quality and 'WOW' onboarding experience
3. Assisting our team of seasoned recruiters by scheduling and coordinating phone, onsite, and Zoom interviews
4. Scouting social media platforms to research candidates and mapping them proficiently
5. Maintaining the candidate database, generating reports, and providing data cuts from time to time along with process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
