Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with job postings and screen resumes.
2. Schedule interviews and coordinate communications with candidates.
3. Help onboard new employees and prepare necessary documents.
4. Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
5. Contribute to drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
6. Support employee training and development initiatives.
7. Organize employee engagement activities and events.
8. Handle employee inquiries and provide general administrative support.
9. Assist in preparing reports on HR metrics (e.g., hiring, turnover).
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
