About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
2. Handle employee onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the company.
3. Maintain employee records and update the HR database.
4. Assist with the administration of payroll and other HR-related documentation.
5. Support employee engagement activities, including events, training, and performance reviews.
6. Address employee queries and ensure a seamless communication channel.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
8. Contribute to developing HR processes and systems.

Other requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
