Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions
3. Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, updating HRIS systems, and assisting with payroll processing
4. Conduct research on best practices in HR and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
5. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR processes and practices
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and responding to employee inquiries
7. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to gain a holistic understanding of HR functions within a tech company
