As a Human Resources intern at EduSys Academy, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in Marketing, English Proficiency (Spoken), and MS-Excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve assisting with various HR functions to support our team in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
3. Assist in organizing and conducting training and development programs for current employees.
4. Support the HR team with employee relations tasks, such as performance evaluations and conflict resolution.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases using MS-Excel.
6. Assist with HR compliance tasks, including ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones and responding to employee inquiries.
