Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the HR team in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
3. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
4. Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support
5. Assist in performance management processes and employee relations
6. Support the HR team in data entry and report generation using MS Excel
7. Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience
