About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
2. Helping in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
3. Collaborating with the HR team on performance management initiatives, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees
4. Supporting the HR team in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization
5. Working on ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall HR strategy of the company

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per lead generated).
