As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Rane Group, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills to automate & support various HR functions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the development and maintenance of HR databases and dashboards using Power BI.
2. Conducting data analysis to identify trends and insights for HR decision-making.
3. Creating automated reports and templates in Excel to streamline HR processes.
4. Supporting recruitment efforts by analyzing candidate data and tracking recruitment metrics.
5. Assisting in employee performance evaluations and feedback processes.
6. Collaborating with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
