About the internship
As an HR intern at Rishabh Enterprises, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Utilizing your exceptional English proficiency (spoken and written) skills, along with your proficiency in MS-Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team.
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
3. Help coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
4. Support HR team with administrative tasks such as drafting memos and organizing files.
5. Assist in organizing and participating in employee engagement activities.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
8. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed such as Hotel booking, IRCTC Ticket booking, Bus booking.
9. Secretary Activities: Provide support in secretarial activities to the management.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function.
