Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
2. Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases and social media
3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
4. Administering pre-employment assessments
5. Making job offers
6. Coordinating interviews
7. Finding the best candidates
8. Attending job fairs and hiring events
9. Communicating necessary information to candidates
10. Managing background and reference checks
11. Tracking staffing information
