About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Co-ordinate with the HR team on the HR processes as laid down by the corporate and the unit
2. Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning & development and use the feedback from ESS to draw an action plan
3. Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and employee satisfaction
4. Work on recruitment and performance appraisal/management of the staff in the unit
5. Work on monitoring in-house training
6. Manage time office operations and generate various reports
7. Work on payroll administration
8. Conduct engagement activities
9. Work on H.R. monthly reports as per corporate standards
10. Work on preparing annual and monthly training calendars in co-ordination with HODs
11. Work on organizing town hall meetings
12. Work on administrating all statutory compliance on a regular basis
13. Manage the performance management system for staff and executives
14. Manage employee relations
15. Conduct various welfare activities
16. ww the promotion of community development activities
