Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Support the HR team in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company policies
3. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs, including coordination of logistics and materials
5. Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and leave policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
6. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
7. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and overall HR efficiency
