Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
2. Establishing a recruitment, testing, and interview program
3. Counselling managers on candidate selection
4. Conducting and analyzing exit interviews & then recommending changes
5. Maintaining employee benefits programs and informing employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
6. Recommending benefit programs to management
7. Directing the processing of benefit claims
8. Obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids
9. Awarding benefit contracts
10. Designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs
11. Completing human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
12. Following up on work results
