About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate sourcing: Utilizing job boards, social media, and other platforms to find potential candidates who fit the IT roles your company is hiring for.
2. Screening and interviewing: Conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and interest in the position. Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers.
3. Assisting in job descriptions: Collaborating with hiring managers to write effective job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
