About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting the HR team in conducting employee orientation and training sessions
3. Assisting with maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
4. Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement company policies and procedures
5. Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events
6. Supporting the HR team in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues
7. Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives as needed

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per lead closed).
