About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Work on understanding the requisitions/vacant positions shared by hiring managers
3. Work on creating a talent pipeline by sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
4. Work on calling/cold calling candidates to find relevant prospects out of bulk databases or pools/job portals, screening and shortlisting them for further rounds of interview
5. Work on coordinating and updating applicants on the interview process & providing feedback
6. Work on taking care of documentation and joining procedures
7. Lead employer branding initiatives
8. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
9. Work on preparing databases and MIS
10. Achieve targeted closures

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per joining above target).
