1. Should have a relevant one year of experience in IT recruitment
2. Should have the ability to maintain the confidentiality of corporate and employee information, required
3. Should have expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4. Should be proficient in multi-tasking and meeting or exceeding expectations
5. Should have excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to think critically and work independently
