Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
3. Employee Engagement: Participate in employee engagement activities, such as organizing events, creating employee surveys, and analyzing feedback.
4. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, assist with payroll processing, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
5. Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.
6. Project Assistance: Support HR projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and preparation of reports.
7. Learning & Development: Help coordinate training sessions and workshops, including managing schedules, materials, and feedback.
