Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment
2. Managing the complete recruitment cycle right from identifying the right candidate till on-boarding
3. Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like job portals (Naukri, Monster), mass mailing, referencing, social networking, etc. to fill the vacancies
4. Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to understand candidate's competencies, like interest in the job, technical skills, qualifications, etc. for determining their suitability to match business requirement and making them understand their roles and responsibilities
5. Scheduling and calling up the candidates to confirm their availability for the interviews
6. Conducting walk-in interviews and weekend drives
