Human Resources (HR) Internship

Role: HR Intern
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and handling human resources management and recruitment tasks.
We are looking for a person who is passionate about human resources and would like to manage multiple responsibilities following under the roof of HR. This internship is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to multiple facets of human resources, helping you develop essential skills for a successful career.
Key responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Support onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation for New employees
Maintain and update employee databases and records.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Provide administrative support, such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an education in an HR/ Marketing/ Business or related field
Demonstrates genuine interest to pursue further knowledge in HR
Empathetic and resonates towards other others
