Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment and Selection: HR professionals should be proficient in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates that fit the organization's culture and job requirements. This includes expertise in conducting interviews, evaluating resumes, and assessing candidates' skills
2. Performance Management: HR professionals are responsible for implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback to employees, and addressing performance issues constructively
3. Cultural Awareness and Diversity Management: HR professionals should promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace by creating policies and initiatives that foster a respectful and inclusive environment for all employees
